THANK YOU BOTH!! started my Tuesday with a total brain fart. Back rollin! 

Imported this plan into X14- This home is monolithic slab set to 0- with -3.5" porte-cochere, garage and porches - terrain points start at 0 and work outward to -3'. It looks to be some kind of issue because of the retaining wall? not sure.

I tried attaching the plan file in a compressed folder but it says its too big. Attached pic instead. 

Any help appreciated! Thanks!
