  1. Thanks for your help. Typically I like to show a rounded starter stair (full tread wrapped) with a centered newel and an offset to inside rail. Your suggestion lead me to the answer. Show default stair with newel, balusters and rail turned off. Create the starter stair, place the millwork newel,  then the railing wall. Finally move, resize, adjust and fine tune items as needed. The plan is now the way I want it and it looks great in 3D. Thanks again. 

  2. Thank you for your response. Everything I draw is to the best of my abilities. I demand the same high quality for a 1,500 sq ft house that I do for a 6,000 sq ft house. All 3D work is strictly for original plans design/drafted by me. I enjoy working with CA Premiere. It is a tremendous program with excellent support. Thanks again for your help.
