Clients love color "blueprints ". The default colors CA uses are just right. The only color adjustment I make is to a royal blue for the clients name.

How do I make the garage floor slope at 1/4" per foot? Using x10 premiere.

Thanks for your help. Typically I like to show a rounded starter stair (full tread wrapped) with a centered newel and an offset to inside rail. Your suggestion lead me to the answer. Show default stair with newel, balusters and rail turned off. Create the starter stair, place the millwork newel, then the railing wall. Finally move, resize, adjust and fine tune items as needed. The plan is now the way I want it and it looks great in 3D. Thanks again.

How do I move the newel post forward or backward? I see moving it to the left or right. I must be overlooking something obvious.

Thank you for your response. Everything I draw is to the best of my abilities. I demand the same high quality for a 1,500 sq ft house that I do for a 6,000 sq ft house. All 3D work is strictly for original plans design/drafted by me. I enjoy working with CA Premiere. It is a tremendous program with excellent support. Thanks again for your help.

How much do I charge clients for renderings. What basis and what amount. For example: .20/house sq ft for an exterior pic.
