I know this may seem redundant to go backward to x11 from x12.  But I have lost 2 big clients because of x12 not functioning properly.  I have a newly built Gaming Computer and after contacting CA, and them walking me though all checks and confirming that it was fine, I keep having issues.  

     

    If CA doesn't just flash off the screen without warning and no error code, saying my file is corrupt in the middle of working and shuts down, or my computer giving me the dreaded blue screen in the middle.  

     

    Anyway, I am trying to take my user catalog with hours of work importing symbols, colors and profiles from my siding guys, and all other items from x12 to x11.  I have exported my user catalog but it says that it had the wrong number associated with it and it will close and no files will be copied.  

     

    PLEASE, IS THERE A WAY TO GET MY USER CATALOG FROM X12 TO X11.  I REALLY NEED TO GET THE PRODUCT TO MY LAST CLIENT SO I DON'T LOOSE THEM AS WELL.

     

    By the way, is anyone else having trouble at all with x12. Any ideas of what could be causing the crash or just closing for no reason.

I uploaded (saved) to the chief architect cloud and saved the link.  I sent it to a samsung s8 phone and my ipad.  The Samsung worked and we could rotate the phone and make the image move.  The Ipad pro 11 however would open the link and show the image with the 360 logo in the center.  When clicking on the lower option for expand screen it would ask to allow chief architect to access motion.  I clicked to allow... Still no motion.  I couldn't tap the screen to rotate or move the ipad to generate rotation.   I also tried opening the 3d viewer app on the ipad and signed into my chief architect account to see if that would work.   I clicked on saved and shared options but it doesn't generate any options of my saved plans.  I am not sure what to do.  I wanted to send this to clients but if it doesn't work on all devices, I don't know how that will be a help.  If anyone has an suggestions, Please send them my way.. I really would like to know the issue or if I am just doing something wrong....

  3. I am new to designing and we are building our own house and possibly more, so I would like software to help track costs for the build as well as progress against a timeline.  Any suggestions?Maybe, software that allows me to add the receipts for a certain build and it will send it or save it to that customer Plan?

     

     I am also looking for a timeline of when things need to be competed, such as permits, scheduling different parts of the build and that sort of thing?

  4. I have designed my house and partial layout files for blueprints.  I am renting x10 to prepare these files.  I am looking for someone with experience that can look over documents, fix what I may have that is wrong, sexy up the plan a bit without it raising the cost astronomical, and help me with the layout blueprints to send to my contractor.  I have 2 houses that we are planning to start the build on in the next month or so.
